尖沙嘴發掘一間高質樓上日式居酒屋,估唔到平日晚餐都坐無虛席,好彩有提前訂位。首先逢上人頭收費$20的前菜,共有三款漬物,味噌醬點青瓜蘿蔔好爽口,搭配埋蒜頭,魚仔乾惹味。刺身叫了三款:三文魚、八爪魚、北寄貝,新鮮甜口。紫菜魷魚鬚天婦羅必試,濃郁海苔味包圍薄脆的外面,魷魚鬚炸得彈牙爽脆,好食聽唔到口。個人覺得呢度燒物最為出色,無論係鹽燒雞翼、明太子雞翼、牛舌心厚切定係安格斯牛柳,各樣肉類都燒得嫩口入味又縮肉汁;西京燒魚肉滑口又唔會散。另外特色燒物有燒明太子飯團,啱曬好似我鐘意食飯焦的人; 燒日本芝士年糕好惹味。黑豚肉野菜炒烏冬,酸酸鹹鹹好開胃,醬汁有啲似食章魚丸嘅味道。食串燒點少得飲番杯呢,巨峰燒酎的葡萄乳酸味較出,易入口帶微甜;而菠蘿燒酎的水果味比較淡,燒酒味較明顯。
