早排見有報章推介呢間餐廳,一路都心思思想試下,今日終於都有機會啦。呢度既廚師係新加坡五星級酒店做過大廚,聽到都覺得地道啦。坐低第一時間叫呢度既招牌菜星洲雞飯,即係新加坡口味既海南雞飯,65蚊有湯有雞有飯有醬,個飯用雞湯連埋蒜、香茅一齊煮既,食落好香口,而飯就煮到軟身。雞就用佢地主打既慢煮手法,老闆同我地講係日日新鮮慢煮五十分鐘而成既,好鮮甜嫩口。而個湯仲用鮮雞熬出黎既,就咁都見到d雞,唔重味精。麥皮香蕉,係煮熟既蕉面加上麥皮、七味粉,食落口感豐富,而味道多層次。以麥皮中和香蕉煮熟後傾瀉而出既甜味,再加上七味粉既香辣味,食過返尋味!咸檸七,最重要既咸味好夠出,溝埋七喜都唔會被蓋過,飲落已經覺得養生。
