炯記燒味🐓今日返媽咪屋企食飯,當然要加加餸啦!今次就嚟咗炯記燒味斬料,買咗個$98嘅套餐,$98就已經有醬皇腩叉(半斤)同埋油雞半隻,非常抵食!味道唔錯,媽咪大讚好食💓💓醬皇腩叉🐖疫情下市面上開左好多燒肉店,價錢由30幾到40幾都可以買到一盒叉燒飯,但究竟點樣先好食呢?以依家新開燒肉店為例,叉燒用梅頭肉,出品先會軟腍嫩滑,表面要有少少燶,先會有梅納反應將肉汁鎖緊,要足夠麥芽糖,伴飯都唔需要鼓油。呢個叉燒仲有玫瑰露香味,出面唔係咁易會食到架!👍🏻👍🏻💓油雞外皮金黃亮麗琥珀色,半隻都大到盛滿整個外賣盒,切開睇到骨係剛剛熟,雞胸位置唔會過火,嫩滑有雞味🐔🐔呢種嫩滑程度係需要時間浸雞,並唔可以一次煮過就成事,所以都好花功夫㗎~如果大家住附近,或者經過幾次嚟試吓!抵食又好味💓
