平時喺香港食燒肉都要自己燒,但係呢間餐廳只要你坐喺吧枱,咁店員就會幫你燒,真係好開心,而且佢啲肉都好高質我首先梗係叫咗一份鹿兒島A4和牛盛,佢嘅鹿兒島A4和牛真係非常出眾。肉質鮮嫩多汁,三角胸、小排同背峰配搭無間,既有肉質嘅彈牙,又有肥嫩肉香,仲添有微微燒肉香味,可謂一絕。另一驚喜是波板糖豚肉燒,肉塊切成圓形,用竹籤串住,個樣式真係好有特色。食落去,肉質軟嫩鮮甜,令人更驚喜的,係佢竟然仲有燒明太子!吃落去味道鹹鮮濃郁,搭配啖脆爽青瓜,簡直係絕配。不同的味道完美融合,令人回味無窮。除咗以上,佢仲有甲羅燒,即係將燒好嘅蟹包喺威化餅上。香脆嘅餅皮配合蟹膏,不同質感交織出無與倫比嘅口感。日本雞頸、豬肋條等,亦都好正!佢們將傳統燒肉發揮到極致,好食!
