尚青商號係由歌手傅珮嘉開既台灣餐廳,平日午市好多人排隊,每次想食一見到咁多人排就放棄左,食過幾次都係晚市,建議早少少黎唔洗排咁耐隊紅燒牛肉麵 ($72)湯底濃郁,重牛肉甜味,亦有微微辣味,入口順滑,係我唯一一間會飲哂啲湯既台灣牛肉麵😋麵可以揀幼麵或者手工寬麵,今次就揀左寛麵,口感煙韌,亦吸到湯底甜味。牛肉軟淋嫩滑,炆得入味。酸菜清爽,木耳略帶酒味,但油炸鬼極硬,就算浸左落湯好耐都係硬,完全理解唔到有咩用🙈 試過有次夜左黎食,湯底好淡,牛肉都冇咩肉味,可能好既材料賣哂,建議早啲黎食台式鹽酥排骨飯 ($62)排骨炸得酥脆,入面嫩滑有肉味,肉燥肥瘦均勻,亦有肉香,送飯一流😋椒鹽炸大腸 ($54)香口酥脆,入面肥而不膩,亦冇臭味,椒鹽味突出,正😆台式焢肉刈包 ($38)豬肉肥瘦適中,但醬汁偏甜,肉味淡,整體不過不失柴魚皮蛋豆花($42)豆花偏甜,冇咩豆味,皮蛋質素普通,兩樣野亦唔算夾椒鹽鹽酥雞 ($56)炸粉超厚,食落每件粉多過肉,調味好咸,咸到差唔多唔食得咁濟,超伏😓價錢: $150/位 (有加一)環境: 7/10味道: 8/10性價比: 8/10
