To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝上星期日大考，今日特地到以蜂蜜蛋糕等甜品見稱的沙田凱悅酒店咖啡廳食大餐！一入門口就有大大個甜品station 極度誘人。酒店近期主打四重奏，四個food stations 由晚上6:45 開始，每隔大概30分鐘會輪流推出限量美食。三文魚籽蟹籽刺身飯，迷你剌身飯上面鋪上三文魚籽及蟹籽，甘甜味美。芝士磨菇焗龍蝦配香煎鵝肝，即焗芝士蘑菇龍蝦，龍蝦十分肥美；鵝肝煎得剛剛好，外脆內軟。大愛蠔皇鮑魚扣花膠伴脆米，每份都有鮑魚和花膠，加上脆米增加口感。四重奏還有甜品火焰橙酒車厘子牛油蛋糕，此外甜品站還有多款高質味美的甜品。除了四重奏，熱盤和冷盤亦有多款美食，推介老花湯南北杏西洋菜煲鴨腎、即焗pizza、黑椒牛柳粒；還有素食corner 供素食人士享用！
