Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香醋花膠動個人覺得麻麻地 因為有啲薑味同埋唔係好食到花膠😅

🔸龍蝦粒蟹肉焗釀蟹蓋
蟹蓋好大嚿 上面鋪滿麵包糠 撈埋入邊嘅蟹肉同埋龍蝦粒食真係好好味🥹🥹

🔸椰皇雪蓮子燉鮮鮑
非常欣賞呢個湯 好香椰子味之餘亦都飲得出鮑魚嘅鮮味
一路飲湯嘅時候亦都可以𢳂d椰肉出嚟食☺️ 好有飽肚感 而且個鮑魚亦都非常爽口彈牙

個上湯非常鮮甜 ☺️ 娃娃菜就冇咩咁特別 但係個黃耳就第一次食都幾得意 好似啫喱嘅口感，但係佢係菌類食物🫨

個炒飯雖然都唔錯 但係唔覺得特別好出色 有鮮蝦仁 但係其他配料就唔覺得特別多

🔸生磨開心果露、夏果棗皇酥
開心果露第一次食 都幾有驚喜 同埋原來唔係好甜🫠 我飲落好 creamy添
而個棗皇酥入邊係紅棗蓉嘉華有啲夏威夷果仁 都係唔係好甜嘅甜品，整得非常好食☺️

總結嚟講，今次用餐體驗非常滿意 到到菜都好有特色同埋食得出用好多心機 唯一係份量唔係好多 食晒成個course都係啱啱夠飽🙈 不過下次有機會都會返嚟食！😝
