在老友記的介紹下,我們3個人食盡大部份的部位,最嫩滑應該是滑尾龍跟胸口膀,只要跟著餐紙步驟淥數秒,入口即溶的感覺依然很回味。還有吊龍伴、匙柄亦是心水推介之一,那份牛肉香氣再口腔內一直徘徊。羽衣甘藍是我第一次用來打邊爐的菜類,很清甜很特別。他們的牛肉餃也是必試的牛肉汁很多。建議如加醬汁$20 一定要嘗試他們自家調製的牛肉汁,用他們的醬汁能提升牛肉的鮮味價錢實惠,難怪受歡迎。會再來幫襯
