To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都好想試下呢間個個食完都讚不絕口既鮨文。套餐每位 $1900 ,睇價錢已經唔簡單,店內大約有10個位,黎之前最好先預約。首先會茶碗蒸,係日本高湯加松露煮成既茨。材料主要係蛋,菇,三葉,瑤柱,食落啖啖都好香濃。簡單介紹一下刺身第一款既刺身,金線鯛,香港人叫做紅衫魚,咬耐d會甜啲。鹿兒島出產深海池魚,包住温室芽葱配橘子汁,比較硬身。炙燒北海道鰤魚腩,類似油甘魚。好滑有少少入口即溶既感覺。炙燒清森帆立貝,好甜,食落仲有一絲絲既質感,好有口感。北海道牡丹蝦,馬糞海膽醬,紫蘇葉花。將蝦既鮮味逼哂岀黎。好甜北海道市岀產既白子,食落似豆腐食落好creamy, 點埋檸檬做既配汁再配啲海草。但原麵鱈魚既精巢,鍾唔鍾意真係見仁見志北海道秋刀魚,日本京葱,第一次生食秋刀魚,味道都唔錯,比較硬身金鯛,日本米通,日本茹,再做一個茨汁。好香脆好有口感,好特別👍🏻刺身新鮮有口感,壽司當然都高質🤤靜岡鯥魚,深海魚,燙熟咗皮。超鮮甜北海道魚市鱈魚,油份比較重,入口即溶赤身,呑拿魚背,口感好滑呑拿魚腩,即係大拖羅,加少許海鹽,油質比例好重,食唔到半點筋,超級正👍🏻熊本縣出產小肌魚,鹽同醋醃過,加咗紫蘇葉。味道比較重。

熊本縣出產小肌魚,鹽同醋醃過,加咗紫蘇葉。味道比較重。

醬油漬三文魚子軍艦,有日本清酒,柚子皮,味淋煮成,味道比外岀食到既更鮮甜

北海道根室市白北海膽,味道比較甜同濃。北海道川老甜蝦。海膽份量超級多!☺️ 海膽同飯係呢個7,3比例,好creamy 好鮮,十分滿足
