To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎到尖沙咀呢間Lab eat食個晚餐，餐廳闊落，情調十足。開枝香檳仔飲下，另外前菜就有清酒啫喱車厘茄、牛肉他他、粟米濃湯，主菜係龍蝦海鮮意大利飯，甜品係栗子卷。清酒啫喱車厘茄食落清新，清一清個喉嚨準備今晚既晚餐，車厘茄第一啖食落甜甜地好似食水果咁，之後就係一陣清新既味道，酒味唔濃，唔驚第一道菜就醉左，之後係生牛肉他他，一向少食生牛肉既我撒底改觀，牛肉配埋脆脆既麵包，口感一軟一硬感覺一流。再上枱既係粟米濃湯，creamy就不在話下，配埋舖係面既忌廉更顯鮮甜。主菜龍蝦海鮮意大利飯，睇得出餐廳既誠意，飯都有兩隻色，黑色既應該係用墨魚汁，而橙色應該係龍蝦汁，意大利飯配有龍蝦尾、青口、大蜆，碟邊重有好幾粒魚籽增強口感，我自己就鍾意橙色果邊，鍾意佢更加鮮味。甜品係栗子卷，栗子卷有上面除左有朱古力，重有金箔更顯貴氣，而栗子卷下面就有雪巴係底，雖然食落酸酸地凍凍地，不過食完就覺得好完滿。
