呢一間位於灣仔嘅酒店中菜館上次食過好高質🌟，所有今次就專程再帶朋友嚟食🥳拔絲咕嚕肉呢度嘅咕嚕肉可能係我食過最正嘅咕嚕肉❤️。首先用左半肥瘦嘅肉，肉質唔會太肥或者太瘦😌，咬落去每一淡都好爽口。而醬汁方面真係做到拔絲嘅效果😙，酸酸甜甜好惹味，菠蘿仲係用左新鮮菠蘿添😝醬油安格斯牛肉石窩炒飯呢一個用左安格斯牛肉好足料，牛肉香氣好濃郁😋。而且最重要係炒飯鍋氣十足，d飯粒粒分明🔥，而且完全唔會有過於油膩或者痴埋一舊嘅情況出現👍，無論味道定係師傅嘅功架都好出色💯
