🍽熊本黑毛和牛A5🐂
未煮個陣已經見到和牛紋路好靚,廚師會問你要幾多成熟,建議3成熟,開頭仲驚會好生,但廚師話會更能迫出油香,會更好味。和牛薄燒半熟嫰紅,內裡包住蒜片及細花,就咁放落口食已經好好味,而且會附帶海鹽及黑椒,可因應個人口味再添加。伴碟最特別係有細細粒龍珠果,食完和牛再食,好解膩。
