係久違嘅鐵板燒🥹餐廳氣氛加上有師傅係面前整好有mood師傅會同你有互動👨🏻‍🍳好熱情鐵板燒有分好幾款set 叫左個岩自己口味嘅 “梅” 💁🏻‍♀️一開始送上前菜沙律同茶碗蒸俾你開下個胃仔🥗🥚之後就黎一道🐟本日鮮魚:選用左金鯛魚配千島醬師傅會先用油煎煎魚皮,令魚皮變得勁脆🤤跟住無再特地加油去煎,主要因為魚本身都有肉汁,想鎖緊魚本身嘅口味😎魚肉嫩口,而魚皮煎到脆身又香口🦐原隻野生花虎蝦配上佢地自家製XO醬,醬料勁特別,同平時食嘅相對上唔辣🙈但配虎蝦食真係一流🥰係面前邊整邊聞到勁香,以為落左蛋漿再燒,原來係虎蝦本身嘅鮮味,而為左保留中間水份,師傅唔會將虎蝦整得太過火🤭🍷法式鵝肝配紅酒黑醋鵝肝大大舊,勁厚身🪿配上多士同少許生果,咁就可以化解鵝肝嘅油膩感🫐🐖日本鹿兒島黑豚肉豚肉整到五六成左右,聽上黎五成好似好生下,但食落完全另一回事🤩唔會過熟又唔會太生,口感勁好👅🐂日本A5宮崎和牛薄燒和牛酒脂分布好平均,師傅輕輕將和牛薄燒完再加入炸蒜同蔥花🧄炸蒜同蔥花嘅出現令成塊和牛變得更惹味,有唔同嘅層次感😻雖然薄薄的,完全感覺到入口即溶🫨🍚京都特式炒飯成個炒飯加入櫻花蝦同蔥花,炒到勁香口🥰如果再炒得乾身少少,
