係朋友推薦下,知道旺角有一間台灣野,係專食蝦仲要有不同風味可供選擇。店員服務周到,會同我地推介有咩好食。叫左D前菜,個醉雞卷一碟有6舊,啖啖肉,花鵰味唔太濃,剛剛好。加左粒杞子做點綴,相當有心思。另外,我地亦都叫左碟墨魚黑白卷。有2款分別有墨汁同無墨汁嘅墨魚卷,熱辣辣新鮮即叫即炸,加埋泰式甜酸醬,令味道更加豐富。值得嗌黎食。到左重頭戲啦,鹹蛋黃蝦。一鍋有8隻,聞到非常香。蝦嘅大細個人認為剛剛好,因為可以唔洗用手,一口就可以食得。加上,佢d鹹蛋黃包住d蝦殻,一定係用口”損”下先食到佢d味道。食完d蝦,一定要夾d鹹蛋撈飯。而菜方面,我地本身諗住試下樹子冰菜,但點知賣哂,所以我地就叫左羽衣甘藍啦。咁味道都幾好,因為食落有少許甜,絕對一d都唔油,幾好。
