地點私癮度高,地方大而裝修高檔,服務也很好,每道菜也會換碟,感覺很乾淨!前菜有粟米燕窩球,蝦球裡放了泰國官燕,蝦球很彈牙;上素釀羊肚菌只是擺碟已很美,羊肚菌內放滿了竹笙及松茸,上湯很濃郁;咖哩洋蔥蟹肉春卷則很香脆,惹味微辣,內裡還加了松葉蟹肉;麥蘆卡蜂蜜魚叉燒,是創新菜式,用龍躉背魚肉代替豬肉製叉燒,質感彈滑但有叉燒味道!湯類有松子金銀魚湯羹,很多魚肉,上湯濃味,配上頂級牙揀片翅,不得了!而蟹黃珊瑚饌玉會冬林,用了海蝦、帶子、龍蝦、魚肉及手拆蟹黃,鮮味十足!上湯油雞縱菌浸菜苗,菜葉鮮嫩而爽脆;芝麻甜辣鵪鶉更是惹味,有點像韓式甜辣醬味,但卻用上嫩滑得澳洲走地鵪鶉,好吃;最後是濃魚湯鳳尾雲吞麵,魚湯鮮甜,配麵吃勁正!甜品有香芒層層疊,芒果肉下有兩片脆片,幾得意;還有自家製黑糖檸檬柚子冰淇淋,味道特別,清新又解膩!
