出面個皮好薄好軟熟,入面包左cream同榴槤,好滑好香,甜度o岩o岩好!比較辣但好惹味,螺好有彈性好新鮮,完全無沙洗得好乾淨。咸咸地好香,一邊係肉另一邊好似啫喱既口感,點埋啲醋酸酸地,好夾,一啲油膩感都無。柚子醬好香,蝦炸到好脆好彈呀,加埋一齊食感覺好新鮮。佢連菊花都可以食落肚,好嫩一啲都唔老,唔太甜,菊花味幾重,凍凍地入落口好舒服。個皮燒到好脆,基本上無咩脂肪。肉質比較實,鴿味重,好新鮮好好味。個湯係超級好飲,飲落就係燙左好奈既雞湯,雖然用左成隻雞尼煲但係佢好啲都唔油,個湯煲到好清。啲湯料好林,而且唔會煲到無味,由湯至湯料都好好味,真係第一次。
