To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家文藝風格的荃灣高質小店，店名優雅並且充滿意境，環境舒適且充滿驚喜。朋友介紹過好多次，一直都未有機會，今晚行過見到唔使排太耐，一於試一試呢間日式文藝小店啦！一直都人氣高企的石燒吉列牛，原來這裡可以吃到，而且是平民版！好吃又好玩，它是這家店最火爆的餐品！味道方面相當不錯，入口肉質嫩滑，醬汁有日本風味，性價比也很高。伴碟嘅糖心蛋味道啱啱好，蛋黃流心狀態，撈埋佢啲日本珍珠米飯，好難唔好食！另外，野菜豆腐鍋和珍珠米飯也看起來很健康、高質。下次還要去試試其他菜！
