To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次黎呢度用膳,內在環境比我預期既堂煌,而且很寧靜,唔似有啲酒店餐廳較嘈;亦意外地原來呢度都有少少景,可以望住 Park Lane。環境舒適,枱與枱之間都有相當既距離;而且服務一流,服務生會不停留意住幫你斟茶,很細心。^^特別鍾意頭頂上既波波 (吊燈),好靚!叉燒唔肥得黎又唔會柴皮,岩我口味。是晚最愛菜式,肉腍又入味,推介!真的是皮脆肉香。 一向唔食鱔既我都覺得不錯,同伴們仲大讚添。竹笙爽口。不過不失,又係食到飽飽了冇咩感覺。
