To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日先食完千両，今日再去食元氣 ~元氣不嬲都多人排隊㗎喇，不過黃埔呢家就特別多人，原因係呢間係元氣高速線。高速線係咩呢？就係每碟壽司每次出餐都用架小火車送到你面前，帶小朋友去食佢哋就最開心喇。阿女未食過，今日就帶佢去食啦。下午三點鐘左右到，完全唔洗等位，直入仲有卡位坐，good！落單全自動就係用呢個pad 㩒完確認落單之後就慢慢等小火車嚟啦等咗一陣小火車就嚟啦上菜速度都算好快阿女見到勁開心覺得好好玩軟殼蟹手捲應該係啱啱炸起仲熱嘅紫菜好脆即叫即做好食辣味三文魚我嘅至愛北寄貝沙律大滿足蝦壽司甜蛋壽司 - 阿女淨係食呢個炙燒三文魚- 老公就最鍾意食仲有個新嘢係吞拿魚腩碎卷物，我個人都幾鍾意食碎吞拿魚好味總括黎講，好好玩，食物質素ok 啦，當然無千両咁好啦～
