今日去左太子探朋友,朋友帶左我去佢樓下既西餐廳,西餐廳裝修時尚,價格都幾親民,所以都幾多人食。鐵板油泡安格斯牛柳 13OZ 配烤大蒜安格斯牛柳細嫩多汁,有優良既肉質同口感,非常適合用熱鐵板上,因為鐵板能夠均勻咁傳熱,令牛肉可以迅速煮熟,同時保持其嫩滑的質地,而且係熱辣辣既鐵板上淋上牛油,令牛柳更幼滑。滿滿蜆肉蝴蝶粉名副其實既「滿滿蜆肉」,蜆肉既份量比蝴蝶粉仲多,而且仲可以揀雙倍蜆既份量,我地只係揀左普通份量,蜆肉都已經夠多,真係非常足料,蜆肉味道鮮甜,醬汁非常creamy,每一塊蝴蝶粉都掛滿醬汁。西班牙油炸鬼外皮金黃酥脆,內部柔軟鬆軟,口感蓬鬆,配埋藍莓味雪糕一齊食,口感更豐富。提拉米蘇提拉米蘇的口感豐富而滑順。蛋糕餅乾在咖啡中浸泡後變得柔軟,奶油芝士則帶有濃厚的奶油味和絲滑的質地。咖啡的苦味和可可粉的香氣為這道甜點增添左層次。Otto Athenian Spritz味道帶點橙味和水果味,感覺好清新。
