To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗌個自選刺身丼,魚生每款寫明有4片,返到屋企一開外賣盒真係嚇一嚇,係正常一片魚生片開四片,能夠切到咁真係不得了。灸燒丼塊魚熟到硬真係第一次見,但明既,薄成咁師傅都好難燒。再上嚟睇返食評,竟然有人講刺身厚切好味,嘩,大家收錢寫食評都畀少少良心,片嘢紙咁薄都寫得出厚切,夜晚瞓唔瞓得著。從未北上消費,但呢餐令我覺得自己仲留港消費絕對交緊智商稅。
