鮑魚壽司製作都好特別,用鮑魚醬汁醃製啲壽司飯,再用鮑魚肝汁作點綴,每片鮑片濕潤鮮美,係誠意之作。吞拿魚蓉手卷製作都需時㗎,當中都有啲工序,未試過食手卷係刺身仲多過啲飯,啖啖肉超滿足

大餐同細餐嘅海膽壽司都有啲唔同,大餐多咗啲甜蝦喺中間,同海膽好夾,更突出兩者口感之綿。兩款嘅海膽份量極多,應該起碼有兩格

蟹肉茶碗蒸嘅蟹肉成碗蛋都係,蛋漿極之滑溜,暖胃一流。甲羅燒好巨,蟹膏蟹肉滿滿,上面鋪咗啲麵包碎,撈埋鵪鶉蛋,再搽上麵包食,蟹香滿口,齒頰留香

大餐同細餐嘅湯都唔同,細餐係舞茸魚湯,勁香菇味,猶如置身深山之中。大餐係鯛魚湯,湯嘅奶白證明佢有幾濃魚香,配娃娃菜食夠晒夾

甜品各有一杯雪糕,我地揀咗豆腐味同芝士味。冇諗過豆腐味可以咁出,極其清新舒服。芝士味嘅衝擊都好大,比較似芝士蛋糕,仲有啲蕃薯香咁
