又來到炎炎夏日嘅夏天真係少咗食熱嘅嘢,成個腦都喺度諗住有啲凍嘢例如雪糕但冇理由餐餐都食雪糕㗎嘛,所以諗到第二樣嘢就係壽司。以我食咗壽司咁耐真係體會到何謂食材有高低之分,就連唔嘴刁嘅人都慢慢識分高低。大路嘅壽司店真係由細食到大,而家反而多咗幫襯唔同嘅小店,順便希望可以搵到平靚正之選。所以呢一間立鮨係可以推介一下。首先屬食嘅壽司就例如厚切有大大嚿嘅鰻魚壽司,通常食開都係薄片再淋少少鰻魚汁,但原來厚切係唔需要配任何嘅醬汁甚至豉油都已經好油油脂嘅滋潤感,反而就咁加少少Wasabi落去可以提升一下魚鮮之後輪到火炙壽司最深刻就係火炙左口魚壽司,相比起其他魚左口魚反而有一層好厚嘅油脂,接受到嘅話絕對係一個好風口嘅食物,再加埋火炙之後仲會更香最後當然唔少得我至愛嘅油甘魚壽司,膠質豐滿,但口感軟林林,係有一種新鮮嘅感覺,油甘魚特別嘅地方當然就係背部有啡紅色嘅紋,雖然感覺會好似血味比較多啲但其實呢啲都係新鮮嘅特點。好簡單嘅10舊常見嘅壽司,但每一間壽司店處理嘅方式各有唔同,所得出嚟嘅口感同埋味道亦都有略略嘅唔同。我比較鍾意呢一間嘅特點就係要強調口感嘅重要性,但同時又離不開新鮮。只係呢兩點都已經可以挽留住眾
