餐廳堅持炮製無味精無糖的喇沙湯麵,把湯大口大口喝下也不過份!😍
珍寶大蜆是喇沙湯底的調味亮點✨脹卜卜的蜆肉格外富鮮味,湯底清甜順喉😋
一般來說,我比較常吃到湯汁黏稠的喇沙,這裏恰好相反,椰奶偏輕身,少油少辣,食材原味卻全無流失!😆摻摻給得大方,麵條挺身又飽肚☺️

本打算點牛扒,不過用黑啤醃製的羊架確實令人好心動💓於是臨時改變了想法。
不得不提那自家製燒汁!我甚至想菜式名稱特地提及它!將羊扒點上香濃肉汁,酒香更好的散發出來,錦上添花🌺以黑啤醃過後的羊肉更加嫩滑,而且減退了羶味🥰配菜是炒過的酸椰菜,還有翠肉瓜、車厘茄和馬鈴薯。
✧I have to first of all rave about the homemade gravy! It is indeed a ⭐star of the dish as it helps release the beer aroma so well. The lamb chop is not at all gamey thanks to the 🍺black beer, which as well softens the meat. Unlike typical Sauerkraut at German restaurants, this version that I like better has the cabbage stirred fried. Other vegetables include zucchini, cherry tomatoes and potatoes.

隨意點的開胃前菜驚艷到我了😱!鳯爪口感太好了💯那是軟滑雞皮結合軟骨的咀嚼感。酸辣汁調得很標準,好想直接喝掉然後男友叫住了🤣。配上新鮮脆口的生菜、車厘茄、辣椒還有芫荽,惹味開胃。怎麼這麼好吃!🥺
My random choice turns out to be an excellent one😎! The chicken claws’ texture is unbeatable- soft chicken skin and chewy cartilage prove to be a perfect match! The sour and spicy sauce, paired with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chili and coriander tastes heavenly and I almost wanted to gobble🤣
