To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前每次經過都見排哂長龍,唔知有咩咁巴閉。今早十點幾就到咗九龍城,見條龍得五個人,就等一等試吓。點知中伏了!叫咗碗四寶淨食,38蚊。阿姐話未有炸魚皮。我唔知呢間嘢嘅招牌菜係咩,不過見佢店名叫得做德昌「魚蛋」粉,諗住叫魚旦冇死啦!點知啲魚旦啖而冇味,冇魚味,冇香味,什至連腥味都冇!失望!
