To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日去九龍城為了買阿哥最愛既沙嗲湯底打邊爐..當然我係唔會放過去德昌食番碗魚旦牛根河呢個機會啦（每次去親九龍城都要食）lunch時間..自然要排隊啦.而老闆都會安排入坐..好在粉麵都係快吃快走.唔需要等好耐就有位了！一坐底唔駛睇..2碗魚旦牛根河加一碟魚皮呀.咪睇以為細碗呀.但其實好多嫁..魚旦有四粒.爽口彈牙..牛根滑同埋會少少牛腩你.湯又夠濃..最鍾意係加埋辣椒油同紅醋一齊食.河粉又夠滑！正呀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😋😋😋個魚皮夠鬆脆..食落唔油.浸埋啲湯一齊食.又另一口味😊😊

一坐底唔駛睇..2碗魚旦牛根河加一碟魚皮呀.咪睇以為細碗呀.但其實好多嫁..魚旦有四粒.爽口彈牙..牛根滑同埋會少少牛腩你.湯又夠濃..最鍾意係加埋辣椒油同紅醋一齊食.河粉又夠滑！正呀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😋😋😋
