To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚旦+辣油: 絶配

近年已越來越少吃到舊式又好味的魚旦粉了. 來來去去不是香港仔便是樂園... 很悶~~上次經過見到這家外面大排長龍, 沒緣光顧, 但今日4點幾去到竟然唔洗等位, 於是馬上要入去一試.環境比我想像中好, 以茶餐廳來說算是整潔和光猛. 而且因為枱與枱之間有一定空間, 人又不太多, 所以感覺算是舒適.一坐下, 不用想便要了碗魚旦粉. 果然沒有令我失望, 譲我重溫到小時候在屋企樓下吃的潮洲魚旦粉! 魚旦/魚片有魚味, 質感像手打的. 再加上這裡的辣油, 很夠辣, 好味!魚旦/魚片+辣油, 簡直係係絶配!! 好好味呀!!!下次放假0係D唔係正餐0既時間, 又唔知食咩好0既時候, 要記得再來這裡吃魚旦粉!
