To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.  米線癮起過嚟食碗魚湯米線,我幾鍾意魚米,佢哋個湯底幾唔錯。下午茶時間平啲啲,識食一定係兩點幾過嚟。奶白色嘅湯底,啖啖都係魚味,唔腥,鍾意飲魚湯嘅朋友必試!腐皮魚角係我最愛,口感煙煙韌韌真係好好味!出面街唔多地方有呢個,嚟親都係叫呢個餸。啲米線偏淋,但都有彈牙感,唔係煮到一pat漿糊嗰隻,合格。加埋啲配菜芽菜嗰啲,都幾好架!因為呢度其實同湯加係兩兄弟,共用廚房,所以下午茶時間除咗米線以外都有呢啲港式嘢食㗎!如果一個想食魚湯米線,一個想歎炸雞脾西多士,絕對冇問題丫!啲出品好好,真心抵食!
