To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成11點幾,黎食宵夜. 今次唔食魚蛋河. 食奶醬厚多士,新鮮烤,一咬外脆內軟. 牛油同煉奶份量剛好,唔好流到一碟係. 油菜~要芥蘭,好大碟,蠔油好鮮味. 一看原來用"同珍". 離遠聽到有個客,落咗單,又改單,跟住又話要hold住張單. 個侍應態度仲好好.跟住個客又大聲嘈,碗牛根丸唔係牛根丸,係牛滑丸. 問過廚房都係比牛根丸佢.個客不停嘈話自己食開,根本唔係牛根丸. 侍應同廚房即刻幫佢換過,仲唔好意思,請佢等多一陣. 個一刻覺得佢地服務好得.
