To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間粉麵店唔經唔覺有二十幾年架啦果時食既係魚蛋粉云吞麵湯底好青有九菜味香現在當然無咩特唔特別係未有咩魚蛋王時期呢度既魚蛋牛丸都係人手打叫做係西環最好既廣州粉麵店佢, 江記, 英記 可以話係果時石瑭咀既宵夜三大天王.佢就粉麵, 江記粥同西米露, 英記牛舌蘇培住我成長!所以吃起上來有親切感又好吃可惜佢對面既新華園齊賴已不在............ 我6歲吃一次要吃2碗才滿足..... 童年呀

叫做係西環最好既廣州粉麵店
佢, 江記, 英記 可以話係果時石瑭咀既宵夜三大天王.
佢就粉麵, 江記粥同西米露, 英記牛舌蘇培住我成長!
所以吃起上來有親切感又好吃
可惜佢對面既新華園齊賴已不在............ 我6歲吃一次要吃2碗才滿足..... 童年呀
