最近忙着籌備展覽,幾乎無好日子過。除了上班下班,回到家還是加班,星期六日的美好時光,都優先留了給公司。本來辛苦工作是為了生活,但如果令自己無啖好食,生活過得不好,那到底又是為了什麼去賣命?慶麵的黑白裝潢一點也不像麵館,從外面看來更像咖啡店。我們大約七時許來到,被安排住在吧檯位置。當時的鍋貼和生煎包已經賣光光,於是先點一籠小籠包。師傅製包的手法很俐落,搓皮、放餡、摺口都是一氣呵成。完成的小籠包白雪雪,圓嘟嘟,頂部有個小孔,每顆的大小都差不多,四月出於好奇,便叭近一點在旁邊金睛火眼的看,師傅固過頭對我笑說,我這樣會令他感到有壓力。小龍包的皮很透薄,夾起來亦要加倍小心。內裡湯汁又熱又多,燙口之餘,有陣甜甜的味道,就算不蘸醋也杷當不錯。好味的秘密也許是因為師傅每天親手新鮮製造,市面上某些來貨的酒樓餐廳根本沒法相提並論。麵類有五款可以選擇,size有大細之分,我們點了細份,每碗$32,可能因為點了小食,細份對我們來說仍然有點多。蔥油拌麵端來時溫熱,淺黃色的麵物有點粗,乍看來跟油麵有點相像。除了略為炸過的蔥頭,就只有底部的醬油調味。拌混後吃一口,味道意外的淡,帶點甜味。小吃選了蒜脆雞翼,表面可以自
