To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真味鮮廚，佢最特別嘅地方，亦係最有噱頭嘅地方，就係佢每一款嘅食物都有標明蒸煮嘅時間，只要你按照佢嘅時間蒸，D食物真係好美味，咁當然佢嘅食物都非常之新鮮呀。真味鮮廚嘅食物真係同店名一樣，食物新鮮，真材實料，味道一流！我第一個食嘅係蒜蓉蒸元貝，味道鮮美，肉質嫩滑，好好味😋😋另外，我哋叫咗龍躉頭腩，我原本以為會冇乜味道，點知出乎我意料之外，食落都非常之鮮甜，我再點D混醬，味道真係好正👍👍最後，我哋叫埋甜品，湯圓紅豆沙同埋法式燉蛋，都係＄12碗，好抵食。我哋有6個大人同3個小朋友，一共食咗＄1000，價錢合理，值得推介😋😋😋
