好耐冇出中環行街,呢日係中環地帶搵左一間日本野食,見到話呢間海膽有D特色,諗住試返次啦!先黎個刺身,幾款唔同,有牡丹蝦、金目鯛、深海池魚、伊左目,樣樣都好新鮮又好大件!超好食,燒得岩岩好,好有咬口,食極都停唔到口呀~就係佢啦!!!成大杯海膽,一共成10屠呀!!!由上至雨有海帶碎、海膽、松葉蟹肉、白蝦、三文魚子、拖羅蓉、海葡萄、海膽、黑魚子及燒白飯魚脆片。冇錯,係有成2層海膽架,而每樣材料都精心配搭,食落好岩味,成杯乾左佢!又海膽呀!!不過呢個係沙律,好重楊枝甘露味,配埋青蘋果,成杯都好fresh,吃完好有胃口。好有心思,出面塊威化係心型,不過就覺得唔係好夾味,反而就咁個和牛就好香口。紫薯pizza見過未,薄pie加左大量紫薯,不過我覺得就太多啦,有少少遮左個味。好飽滿,好有肉地,伕中有肉,好有咬口,味道又幾特別。大大件壽司,估唔到咁都有得燒,上面個海膽燒完好香。好辣好辣好辣,好麻果種辣,個麵好有咬口,如果唔係咁辣我一定好多。日本汽水幾得意,但味道一般~
