早前經過廣華街已經留意到有巨型的螃蟹模型出沒,適逢Happy Friday 朋友再提及就book檯試試某程度上我很喜歡食蟹,不過怕剝殻,所以比較少食,非常好選擇,有人剝殻松葉蟹料理,而且不失 elegant 形象打開神秘木門,只見一強八人大table,座位不多,六點正餐廳未有客人,但七點全院滿座,最好預早make booking餐廳大多菜式用松葉蟹,透過不同的烹調方法,煮出松葉蟹不同的口感和味道,套餐由$128起蟹肉味噌湯味噌湯不會過咸,放蟹鉀煮,微微帶出鮮味三色丼定食 $198有我最喜愛海膽、三文魚子、蟹肉,魚生非常鮮甜蟹肉新鮮,暫時是在香港食過最好食蟹肉飯!加拿大海膽份十分重量级!目測足足4cm長,十分鮮甜三文魚子不會過咸,而且每啖飯都充滿三文魚子伴飯,每啖飯魚油四香,好像充滿omega 3朋友order 空海盛 $598,蟹肉盛放一餐,不但有蟹肉剌身、蟹膏甲羅燒、一口和牛... 蟹肉剌身香港比較少食到蟹肉剌身,剌身鮮甜,不相比其他比較料理味道較淡,最好先食蟹膏甲羅燒甲羅燒的蟹膏非常多,而且非常甘香鮮味,送日本飯一流
