今日約埋朋友去新蒲崗工聯會學整蛋糕,順便睇睇附近有咩好食,行到衍慶街,就見到有間燒皇燒烤雞煲專門店,係食雞煲的,我同朋友都係食雞控, 當然唔會執輸啦。但店舖好細. 坐位都唔算多. 好彩我地時間尚早, 去到有位, 但店舖會禮貌地同我地講, 由於稍後有好多枱客已BOOK位, 所以想我地食快少少. 呢個當然唔係問題啦. 所以, 如果下次要再食, 一定要先BOOK位. 雞煲有麻辣、酸菜、藥膳, 每款雞煲唔同價錢的. 而且仲有養生推介嘅椰子雞煲, 而椰子雞煲就半隻$168、全隻$228椰子雞煲~之前係大陸食過, 都好掛住個椰香味. 所以我地決定就叫椰子雞煲. 燒皇燒烤雞煲專門店嘅椰子雞煲, 係用咗3個椰皇, 1個椰青的水, 再加埋椰青肉. 完全唔會加水或湯, 只用椰水做湯底. 再加上雪耳、椰青肉、紅棗來餚湯,所以成個湯都充滿住鮮甜嘅椰青味, 清甜程度非常高,   等咗一陣,雞煲就黎啦,我地叫咗半隻雞,店員將雞倒入窩內,如果想食剛熟嘅雞, 店員會建議煮10分鐘, 再焗5分鐘就食得. 雞件真係好滑, 又有雞味. 一打開蓋,椰香飛撲埋嚟我個鼻。索一吓…好香呀! 首先每人一碗椰子雞湯,味道清甜,夠晒滋潤

除左雞煲,仲有好多不同嘅串燒,有海鮮、牛肉, 雞翼、蔬菜…….等等
最平$12已經有一串,價錢唔算貴。
我地都叫咗幾款串燒
蒜蓉牛油燒生蠔~蠔肉好大粒, 用蒜蓉牛油焗, 味道絕對冇得彈. 而且$55有2隻, 超抵食. 大家一定要食.

燒牛舌~牛舌好爽
燒M7安格斯牛肉串~牛肉好唸, 好香牛味, 原本唸住, 通常串燒牛每串只有一至兩片, 我地叫咗2串, 但燒皇一串係有3件. 所以我地多過頭.

嚟到燒皇, 當然唔止食雞煲咁簡單啦。必定要食埋串燒,有燒牛舌、燒雞腎、燒雞軟骨、燒牛柳粒等,

全部都燒得夠香口惹味,調味料又夠
