友人介紹我去鴨脷洲食艇仔粉,今日終於有時間坐地鐵去利東站再行去大鴨脷洲街方向,店舖就係地鐵站附近,地點超方便。艇仔粉的魚湯每日新鮮煲,味道鮮甜濃郁好好飲[ No.3 魚蛋粉 $40 ] 轉 [ 烏冬 +$6 ] 用大地魚做湯底,鮮甜好味,魚片及魚蛋口感彈牙好味,湯底好好飲,把全碗飲清。另外追加了半份 [ 炸魚皮 $13 ] 口感超香脆,有微微的魚香味,單獨作為小吃也可以,浸上大地魚湯一同食,就更美味最後叫了份量好大份的 [ 招牌粒粒西多士 $34 ] 大大粒方形西多士,面層灑上糖霜,蛋味香濃,外層微脆,食落口感鬆軟綿密,配上鮮奶油及花生醬飲品 [ 招牌青檸蝶豆花梳打 $21 ] 口感清涼,加入青檸和蝶豆花,口感酸酸甜甜,消暑解渴
