聽人講之前訂一個月枱先食到😍而我就個兩星期前訂星期五四位鍋心會為我地提供: 7款新鮮時令海鮮、5款自款食材、3款配料蔬菜好似得好少,會唔會唔夠食格?唔洗擔心,收得你$198佢唔單止選材新鮮,碟碟大份,份量full到大家食唔哂入座之前,大家可留意下門口餐牌,因為餐牌上既海鮮,都係時令,日日新鮮,日日唔同。傳說中既At the very beginning 粥水一煲雖然店面有火鍋教程,但店員都係會走過來一步一步教大家滾咩先滾咩先,同海鮮要滾幾耐。打邊爐其間侍應會為大家添粥水,令到原先粥底要煲愈濃愈入味!先滾海鮮類今日既7款時令海鮮:沙白、聖子仔、鮑魚、膏蟹、多寶魚、海蝦、黃金蚌仔。膏蟹一人半隻,半隻蟹都有蝶咁大份,又多膏😍海蝦品種好多,我不懂分,但好大隻囉,肉厚,頭部仲有D膏添!!!鮑魚、黃金蚌仔都有瓷湯匙咁大格!滾完一D都唔腥!食到咁上下職員會問加唔加當日新鮮特價海鮮。今日就係$20一隻象拔蚌仔。之後,再滾自選配料我地簡佐:西班牙黑毛豬梅頭肉、西班牙黑毛豬腩片、花膠仔、自家製手打雞骨丸、嚮鈴卷如果你覺得唔夠食,係可以追加的!不過,我極度建議大家打哂5款配料再作決定!因為份量真係幾多下😚淨

精華濃縮係粥底到真係真係、真係、好好味!


佢地方細,位唔多,三五知己聚會岩岩好!

一層有2-3位侍應左右,好足夠!而且態度友善、幽默又細心!會令大家充滿歡樂地離場! 

格尼鋪都係鍋心,不過唔係食粥底,係食蒸的!

下次去試下先😚
