To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鯉魚門懷舊之味

兒時住在油塘，常常走落鯉魚門玩。一晃眼三十年，近排趁得閒，帶家母舊地，重拾昔日回憶。鯉魚門D蛋卷餅仔店依舊，行得咁上下，係時候歇下腳，試吓傳說中嘅「蛋白腐乳西多士」。銀龍係好地道果種茶餐廳，甚至可以用地茂去形容，去之前要有心理準備。嚟呢度有三樣嘢要試：腐乳蛋白西多、芒果布甸同至尊奶茶。西多士同腐乳夾咩？對我嚟講兩樣野真係風馬牛不相及，腐乳夾在西多中，又鹹又甜，新鮮感有餘但不是我杯茶，但家母卻十分欣賞，可能呢啲就係舊情懷。反而個芒果布甸好味。雖則個包裝麻麻地，但多果肉足料，布甸質戚軟硬適中口感好，唔會死甜，重放低花奶任你斟，真心好味。至於至尊奶茶，媽媽讚不絕口，話又香濃又滑，聽說是得奬奶茶，由於都係地茂式既土炮茶餐廳，裝修同衞生都較一般，去食既話要有心理準備，主要真係係食個情懷。環境6/10服務7/10食物7/10衞生6/10
