今日去左中環,食一間我稱佢為鰻魚專門店既地方食夜晚,佢既鰻魚菜式,都幾好喎,日本人有著吃鰻魚的習慣,對抗炎熱夏季帶來的疲勞感;我都跟下風食先除左蒲燒鰻魚之外,今日點左個白鰻魚,蒲燒的鰻魚很美味,不過白燒卻是比較能品嘗到鰻魚原本的風味,皮上肉下烤到鰻魚肉身有點金黃感,更為焦香,享受100%鰻魚原始的美味。蘆筍豚肉卷,以薄薄的豚肉片包着蘆筍,豬肉卷煎至金黃,,配搭清爽,亦能保留蘆筍脆嫩的口感和牛串燒,在沒有多餘調味下,能鎖住食物的肉汁,更能嘗到油香滋味。肉質熟透但依然軟嫩,美味!之後就食蒲燒鰻魚飯,醬汁好香濃,魚肉感受不太到細刺這一點令人吃得相當順暢,底下米飯口感還不錯,分明有彈性
