上星期五放工時想任性一番去吃個 bbq, 可惜最近尖沙咀的bbq 場己經是屯門, 反正都是遠, 所以便駕車去更遠的大尾篤吃, 燒完回家都半夜了, 雖然盡慶但此終放工去吃有點累累. 跟友人談起, 原來尖沙咀都有類似的燒烤場. 那今個星期五就去闖闖了. 店子原來是新開的, 燒爐是電爐, 不是炭爐. 雖然少了炭香, 但都有重慶燒那種風格. 店子只有2小時的燒烤時間, 我們等一會待人齊了才開爐. 任飲任食是每位 $238, 假日是 $248. 另加每位$98 就有任叫海鮮. 以款式來說, 加海鮮十分抵吃, 所以我們都加了. 重點行程 - 海鮮!! 鰻魚先說最重點 -- 鰻魚任食, 鰻魚任食, 鰻魚任食 !!! 好重要所以說三次. 每件有足足半條鰻魚! 勁 ! 抵! 食! 鰻魚用錫紙包著, 出煙就吃得了. 鰻魚軟滑, 充滿醬油的香氣. 友人提議把菜單上的"漢堡包"的餐包夾鰻魚吃, 包子充滿鰻魚香, 感覺包子都是厚厚的鰻魚! 吃一個半吋厚的肥美鰻魚是什麼感受? 正到暈. 從來不會在自助餐吃包的我吃了3個包, 弄得我很飽, 太邪惡了. 扇貝之後必點的是扇貝, 每隻都極厚身, 有一隻更有差不多2cm

先說最重點 -- 鰻魚任食, 鰻魚任食, 鰻魚任食 !!! 好重要所以說三次. 每件有足足半條鰻魚! 勁 ! 抵! 食!
鰻魚用錫紙包著, 出煙就吃得了. 鰻魚軟滑, 充滿醬油的香氣.

扇貝

之後必點的是扇貝, 每隻都極厚身, 有一隻更有差不多2cm 高, 十分誇張. 扇貝己經用店家自制的 "黃金醬" 調好味, 有點 qb 醬的味道.

愛爾蘭蟶子

必點, 因為是蟶子王! 蟶子王比爐子還要闊, 十分抵吃! 加上己經爆香的蒜蓉調味, 吃到蟶子王的爽甜.

美國蠔

蠔都是任點的, 絕對是回本菜之一. 蠔身肥美, 金屬味輕, 不會吃幾隻便吃膩了.

虎蝦和翡翠螺

螺殼翠綠如玉, 隻隻重份量, 肥美兼肉厚, 極具口感. 而且本身己熟, 輕輕一烤就吃到那爽脆.
虎蝦比碟子還要大, 勝在爽甜彈牙.

薯仔切很極薄, 烤一會, 灑上鹽就是脆卜卜的薯片, 健康之餘, 很神奇.

牛舌

牛舌都是厚切更好吃. 而且充滿肉汁.
羊肉串, 羊架等騷味不重, 雖不算是靚貨, 但最少選擇什多, 很大堆頭.

秋葵

蔬菜隨了有大路的韭菜和茄子, 還有很特別的燒秋葵. 秋葵燒後的味道清甜, 沒有怪怪的 "汕"

雖然任飲任食來說, 加了特選海鮮後單價不便宜. 但有鰻魚和各類海產, 還算是十分抵食, 性價比什高!
