永遠都是充斥人類, 可以算是最多人的檔位。煎黑豚肉骨腸$35一條...腸中有骨都是gimmick, 腸的質感是實肉的, 不像一般雞肉腸般軟。咬開沒有爆汁效果, 失望煎鮮鵝肝腸$35兩串...鵝肝腸比普通潤腸來得甘香味美, 甘甜的油液也會慢慢地細滲出來, 酒精能中和鵝肝那強悍味道, 所以我跟多杯韓國米漿酒就$50。有佳餚也要有美酒相伴, 韓國米漿酒就由米漿及韓國真露(韓國燒酒)組成, 味道是漿裏帶甘,可把油膩膩去得無影無踪煎和牛牛柳粒串 $35兩串...牛肉就有被鬆過的泡泡味道, 就是這一點已覺得浪費了金錢及胃容量, 可惜
