今天相約朋友二人來這家新開的餐廳,位於荷里活商場三樓,門口有一個大魚池,裡面放滿鮮蹦活跳的海鮮,驟眼看有龍蝦和不同的斑魚,似乎是唯一自設魚池的餐廳。店舖名字非常特別,於是好奇心驅使之下,上網搜了一下資料,原來「鵞」為鵝的異體字,意思相同,但字形不同的漢字,這個字非常特別,「鱻」則是「鮮」的異體字,那麼,店舖的主打菜應該是燒鵝和海鮮。鐵觀音、壽眉、香片之中選了香片,Menu選擇之多令我非常頭痛,每樣菜都想試,可是胃只得兩個,侍應見我不知道該叫什麼菜,便介紹店舖招牌是燒鵝,既然是招牌菜,當然不可錯過。燒鵝(例牌)除了外觀烤得金黃有光澤,外皮香脆、肥而不膩且充滿油香,鮮嫩多汁,份量實在不少,原來是秘方燒製,令我喜出望外。杏片黑醋銀鱈魚銀鱈魚外皮炸得香脆,裹上黑醋醬及杏片,外脆內軟,肉質柔滑,魚肉油脂豐富,黑醋酸味平衡油膩感,與咕嚕肉有點異曲同工之妙。蝦子海參豆腐煲煲仔的好處是保溫很好,熱氣騰騰香噴噴,足料海參配上豆腐,美顏又滋補,還有秀珍菇與紅椒黃椒作陪襯,除了多份香氣,色彩豐富令賣相增添不少美感欖菜肉崧四季豆四季豆與肉崧炒得夠鑊氣夠乾身,爽爽脆脆,令人胃口大開~最後送上時令甜品,霍師傅向我

最後送上時令甜品,霍師傅向我們介紹說他們店的店舖必是時令,春夏秋冬各有不同,因應季節為客人製作最合適的甜品,[冬瓜冰粉]色澤紫紫藍藍,非常漂亮,而且消暑一流,冰粉與富有庶糖香氣的冬瓜蓉融合在一起,甜度適中,不說不知,原來工序繁複,且是自家研製,原個冬瓜,由外皮到果肉一點都不浪費,外皮研磨成蓉整個加入冰粉中,再用布隔渣取出精華,才得一碗冬瓜冰粉
美味的甜品為這一餐畫上完美句號。
