中環的牛記我未試過,但都聽聞佢的小菜係做得唔錯,而家搬近左我公司,就多左機會幫襯。午市都係做茶市為主,點心都做得好好,尤其係煎蓮藕餅。牛記有兩款雞都甚得好評,一個係豉油雞「太后雞」,另一個係白切雞「太子雞」,各自一隻$230,半隻$120,因為始終係小菜同製作需時,如果午市食的話最好預訂。太后雞豉油味重,但帶有甜香,亦有輕微酒味,加上雞隻皮薄肉嫩滑,非常好食,只係略嫌肥膏比較多。至於太子雞,店主強調唔需要點任何醬料,主要食雞的原味,不過,食味真係好淡,幾乎冇味,所以我都係欣賞太后雞多d。生炒糯米飯(細$98、大$138)自己都試過炒,真係好難整,所以都係出街食好d。牛記的炒得好入味,糯米飯唔會過腍過硬,仲加左蛋絲同花生增加口感,雖然有少少貴,但都食得過。值得去指數:
