To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

軒尼詩冰廳令我覺得好驚喜！！冰廳畀人嘅感覺都好舊，但呢間冰廳都幾新淨又整齊。卡座用沙發椅，坐得好舒服，餐牌亦有唔同的扒餐，覺得佢係企理嘅高質平價扒房。蒜蓉脆脆雞扒好大塊，表皮夠乾身，唔錯！配嘅薯仔係原個焗薯，幾驚喜成個扒餐都係六十二蚊包飲品，環境好過好多連鎖快餐，甚至有啲燒扒屋都冇佢做得咁好。另外叫咗撈公仔麵🍜嘅套餐，瑞士汁雞翼入味，好正，炒蛋都濕潤，不過可以再滑啲最後點多個小食吉列魚柳，又係滿足嘅一餐～
