To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

長眼界的體驗,唔知會唔會比老闆拉黑的點菜推薦。😂兩個炸物都係比大多小菜館更好既質素。椒鹽鮑魚炸衣輕薄剛好,重點係火路精準僅熟,輕輕裹上椒鹽,唔洗喼汁已可清碟。如果要追求更好,可能要去六福摘星了。脆皮牛腩更加高難度,除左炸功之外,牛腩既選材同準備功夫影響住成品既完成度。上枱既一舊野,夾出一片睇睇就知道乜料。香料氣味充足,炸皮厚而脆加強左牛腩既口感。炸物完食,應該胃口已開。叫雞煲?不如叫個湯飲啦。竹笙花膠雞湯(煲),個人黎講覺得升級新鮮雞好抵(去開買餸就明)。小資級別建議食法。火鍋店既好處係每枱都有個電磁爐,可以等個雞湯慢慢滾起。滾起之後較到一千火等多五分鐘,就可以飲湯食雞。雞肉剛好,花膠爽滑,竹笙吸滿了雞湯,而個湯係有厚度既。記得要同時間競賽咁享受啲雞,盡量喺飲完三碗湯之前就啱啱好。而花膠果時就變成淋滑版本。兩口子撐枱腳既話相信好夠皮。好胃口嘅叫店家加點雞湯,淥多個烏東一定夠。如果唔係隔離枱傳黎陣陣麻辣雞煲既香氣。你真係唔會覺係一間雞煲店。
