雞煲近年風氣極盛,差唔多周街都有得食雞煲,但如果比我,我就只會揀去食一品。記得第一次去食一品係去紅磡。紅磡分店每次都排勁長龍,又無得book位,所以都有一排無食雞煲,直至朋友介紹土瓜灣開左一品,話唔使等位,坐得闊落,當然要即刻去啦。食雞煲當然首先食左隻雞先,我最中意係一品既秘制醬汁,少少辣但又有少少甜,令人禁不住係咁食。雞無偷工減料得番啲頸呀頭呀胸之類(我真係食過有間係咁,唔知以為食緊雞骨煲。)仲有入面既紫洋蔥都好入味,一啖雞一啖洋蔥,好快就KO哂!食完雞當然就加湯打邊爐,我通常會加多碗辣汁(即係雞煲汁),灼完就點辣汁食,真係好正架!
