今日去開觀塘拜年經過見到恒發雞蛋仔就心郁郁想試。雞蛋仔除咗原味仲有其他口味,我地就叫咗芋頭泥夾心雞蛋仔($25+$2新年要加兩蚊)。好多人排隊,又得一個人做野,所以我地都等咗15-20分鐘,因為佢係即叫即做。除咗雞蛋仔格仔餅,都仲有其他小食。終於等到我地個雞蛋仔啦。拎上手係重身嘅,證明係足料。而且因爲係新鮮制造所以係熱辣辣的。打開入面係滿滿嘅芋頭泥。雖然雞蛋仔外脆內軟,但可能因為佢本身都幾甜,所以芋頭泥味唔係好突出,感覺一般。
