To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

猶記得以前某些西餐廳，麵包是任叫任食的。來到日式拉麵店，竟也有任吃的雞蛋呢。每枱都有一籃子烚蛋，免費提供食客享用。蛋香不俗，可惜是凍的，怕壞胃，小人吃了一隻即止。雜錦拉麵湯底咸卻不濃，拉麵則尚算有嚼勁。叉燒、豬軟骨和蟹柳各一，伴著不太大碗的麵，也足夠有餘。因剛才已吃了蛋，所以放棄了半隻玉子。套餐的煎餃子一碟四隻，中等身材，底部有很微的焦，菜肉餡，卻欠多少肉汁。吉列生蠔上的時候仍是熱的，中等身材，蠔肉厚而且汁甚多，麵包糠脆而不硬，有水準的炸蠔。小人最喜歡的就是這個小食鳥。
