To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近好少來健威坊食野，原來開左呢間雞店，要來試試。佢係外賣店來，但都有細吧枱給客人堂食。叫左個麻辣無骨雞飯，外賣只係$48，雖然咁平但雞的份量唔算少，雞肉嫩滑，因為無骨食上來很方便，佢個飯不是普通油飯，雖然唔知撈左乜材料，但好好味又唔油，配搭埋d雞好好食，麻辣汁是分開給你，不淋在飯上面，感覺健康d唔會食哂d油，麻而不太辣，岩哂不太吃得辣的我，走時才䁛到有手工奶茶，好似幾好飲咁，下次再來試試。
