今日我嚟到紅磡嘅閔大人試下佢哋嘅韓國炸雞，真係好好味嘅！炸雞件啲肉好嫩，啲皮好鬆脆，香料又夠味，辣椒粉仲夠辣夠勁，真係啱啱好啱我嘅口味。除咗啲炸雞，我仲試咗啲其他嘅菜式，包括辣炒年糕、芝士腸單骨雞翼、炸魚糕同埋炸秋葵。其中啲辣炒年糕炒得啱啱好，啲年糕彈牙有嚼勁，啲蔬菜仲保留咗啲脆度，啲香辣醬汁夠勁夠味芝士腸單骨雞翼同埋啲炸魚糕味道都幾特別，啲芝士腸同啲雞翼啲肉都好嫩，啲芝士味道唔會太濃，啲魚糕外脆內軟，啲魚肉味道都好鮮美，最後就係啲炸秋葵啦，啲秋葵炸得啱啱好，啲外脆內軟，啲炸粉都唔會太厚，啲秋葵本身啲味道都好鮮甜，炸之後就更加香脆，好好味。總括嚟講，閔大人嘅韓國炸雞同其他嘅菜式都好好味，啲份量都好大，啲價錢亦都好實惠。如果你鍾意食韓國炸雞，又想試下啲特別嘅菜式，就要嚟閔大人啦！
